Migreringsguide Joomla 1.0.x till 1.5

Jag har precis migrerat CMS:en för candyman.se från Joomla 1.0.15 till 1.5. Lite halvmeckigt, men det var ytterst lite som strulade.
Migrate Joomla 1.0.x to 1.5.x

Step 1: Downloading the Migrator component and installing it into your 1.0 instance
1. Download from here: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/pasamioprojects/frs/
2. Install into the 1.0.x installation through: Installers->Components

Step 2: Installing Third Party Migrator plugins
1. Goto Components->Migrator
2. None atm so I will not continue here...

Step 3: Creating the Migration SQL File
1. Goto Components->Migrator
2. Click "Create Migration SQL file"
3. Download the SQL file

Step 4: Installing Joomla! 1.5
1. Browse to http://www.joomla.org and copy the link to the download location
2. # mkdir joomla_1.5
3. # cd joomla_1.5
4. # wget [download location].tar.gz
5. # gunzip [joomla file].tar.gz
6. # tar xvf [gd file].tar
7. Change ownership of all the files to the domain owner
8. Virtualmin - Create a new database named: domain_joomla
9. Browse to http://domain/joomla_1.5 and complete the installation
10. The migration is started in step 6:
Choose "Load migration script"
Old table prefix: jos_
Tick "This script is a Joomla! 1.0 migration script"
11. Press "upload..."
12. Enter site name and admin info
13. Press "Next"
14. Delete folder "installation"

Step 5: Configure the new site
1. Upload and assign templates
2. Update site configuration
3. Move images from images/stories/

Step 6: Make Joomla 1.5 public
1. Update site configuration for Joomla 1.5 with the correct folder name
2. Rename folder joomla to joomla_1.0
3. Rename folder joomla_1.5 to joomla
Done!
Wait until everything is working perfect before you delete the folder joomla_1.0 and drop the old database.
